It’s Time For The Twelve Days Of Christmas Giveaway
As we approach the holidays, you may have noticedthat there are alot of gifts being offered. There are a few organized promotions that give you the opportunity to download several different ebooks, software, and access to membership sites. The one I want to let you know about is called the “Twelve Days of Christmas”. This has been offered for the last couple of years by Mark Hendricks of http://www.hunteridge.com
Signing up is free, and each day for 12 days you are given the link to the days gifts. You can read through the product descriptions and decide which ones you would like to have for free.
But like most things in life, there is a catch.
The whole point of all of these gifts being offered for free is that the people giving away these products require you to give them your email address so they can add you to their mailing list.
There a couple of things I want you to keep in mind.
First, the products being offered are not all worth the trouble. There is a tendency to over estimate the value of the products. For example, offering an email course that has a supposed value of $97 that you can get all day long for free any time of the year. The good news is that you only have to surrender your email address to the owners of the products you select. And you can unsubscribe any time you want.
Second, most of the time, after you submit your email address, and before you are given access to the download page, you are sent to a “One Time Offer” page where you are given the chance to purchase a product at a “Steep Discount”. Only you can decide if what is offered is for you. Again, you don’t have to purchase to get your freebie. Just click on the link that declines their offer, and you’re all set.
To sum up, I think it’s something to at least take a look at. I have found some gems among the offerings, and have discovered a couple of excellent newsletters that I would have missed. Here’s the link to the “Twelve Days of Christmas” site: http://www.hunteridge.com/12days
Until next time.
